I offer specialist reflexology tailored specifically for women and children, supporting health and wellbeing through key life stages and transitions.

With extensive additional training in women’s health, fertility, maternity and paediatric reflexology, and a background as a qualified primary school teacher, I provide safe, knowledgeable and nurturing care for clients of all ages — from 4 weeks old through to adulthood.

Reflexology for Babies, Children & Adolescents

I am specially trained to work with babies, children and young people, offering gentle, age-appropriate reflexology in a calm and supportive environment.

My experience as a primary school teacher allows me to work confidently and sensitively with children and adolescents, supporting their wellbeing in a way that feels safe, reassuring and respectful.

Neurodiverse and Sensory Support Reflexology (0-17 year olds)

Treatments take place in my calm, welcoming reflexology room in Langford, near Biggleswade, serving clients from Biggleswade, Sandy, Shefford, Henlow, Lower Stondon, Hitchin, Baldock and surrounding Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire villages. The space is peaceful, private and designed to help you relax, feel supported and fully at ease from the moment you arrive. Free parking is available on the driveway.
