Baby Reflexology & Massage

I offer gentle Baby Reflexology & Massage 1:1 sessions and group classes. These are designed to support babies’ wellbeing while giving parents practical, confidence-building techniques they can use at home.

I have undertaken additional specialist training to become a Tiny Toes Reflexage™ Instructor, allowing me to safely combine reflexology and baby massage techniques in a way that is nurturing, effective, and appropriate for babies. My work is always guided by my wider reflexology skills and adapted to suit each baby and family.

As a parent myself, I understand how challenging the early months can be. Having had a baby with silent reflux and colicky symptoms, I know how valuable it can be to have gentle, supportive techniques to help soothe and comfort your baby.

Baby Reflexology & Massage Classes

My Baby Reflexology & Massage classes are friendly, relaxed, and supportive, with small group sizes to ensure every parent and baby receives individual attention. Sessions focus on both supporting babies and empowering parents, helping you feel confident responding to your baby’s needs.

Through reflexology and baby massage, parents learn specific techniques to help support their baby with:

• Colic

• Reflux and silent reflux

• Constipation

• Teething

• Sleep difficulties

• Coughs and colds

• General wellbeing

During each session, every baby receives a gentle reflexology treatment from me, tailored to their individual needs. Parents are guided step by step and receive clear instructions to support the techniques at home between sessions. Ongoing support is always available if needed.

Refreshments are included, giving parents time to relax, connect, and enjoy a calm, welcoming environment.

Advanced Courses & Private Tuition

After completing a Baby Reflexology & Massage course, parents are welcome to return for the Advanced Baby Reflexology & Massage Course, an additional three-week programme offering further reflexology and baby massage techniques to continue supporting your baby as they grow.

Private courses can also be arranged for small groups of friends. If you have a specific concern or would prefer a more personalised approach, 1:1 or 2:1 sessions are available.
